I absolutely loved dr Klein the last time I went to her office. I finally felt listened to and heard. She took her time with me, and gave some possible ideas that could help. Talked with me. Made me feel like I wasn't alone. This appt was the exact opposite. She didn't listen at all. She didn't even give me a physical exam. I wait 6 months to be seen by neuro, and they don't address my issues or give me an exam?! That's wrong. She minimized what I was saying. She laughed off my confusion and how scared I was, saying "aren't we all a little forgetful like that". I was just dismissed. I left the appointment broken. I was crying when I left, and I will be finding someone else to see. I NEVER thought I would be writing a review like this, but someone needs to know. Having a tumor and being a neuro patient is scary and life-changing. She acted like I was just another number on her schedule. It was very disappointing.

My wife and I saw her together and we didn't feel rushed at all. She answered any of our questions and was very thorough. Her bedside manner is awesome. She asked me if I wanted to have her be my "MS" provider and I couldn't say YES fast enough.
