    Our visit with Dr. Kelly left us no better than before the appointment. He did not provide much information without being prodded with questions or a clear plan to move forward.

    I have met with the provider twice for two different children and both times I felt as though my concerns were brushed aside and that the provider had made up his mind on what was wrong before he even came in the room. Follow up questions were met with vague answers. I am disappointed there are not more options for providers in this field for children. I left frustrated, disappointed, and with no answers. I will travel for ENT services in the future.
