Menerva is an incredible care provider. She took the time to listen and then explain things in a way that made me feel understood and like I was an important part in my own health care journey.

PAC was wonderful. I was so overwhelmed by my experiences I became emotional at the end of my visit. The University hospital system desperately needs to bring more people if color on the staff. I am very frustrated with receiving services from medical staff that didnt have a clue like my last PCP.

I guess it was OK. I told her doctor to not put my results in my chart because I dont have access to it but I havent received a call from her or her nurse to give me the lab results. I received the bill already, but not the results of my labs.
