Dr. Jasper was an excellent listener, and Coordinating Nurse (ooops senior-moment, was it Kimberly?) was very personable and efficient. Dr. Sundar seemed to have confidence in my plan to start back on CPAP at low pressure to insure mucous membranes do not burn again.

Dr. Sundar listens, ponders, and addresses all of my questions and concerns. He is gentle, by incisive. You are never left to wonder if he cares; always evident, and never artificial. If there are uncertainties, he acknowledges and follows up. Because he is both extremely capable, and yet totally practical, he is amazing and I prize the privilege of being cared for by him.

Amazing! This is the first time that I have had a doctor really understand the challenges of RLS and what it is like to live with this disorder. I appreciated that he also asked my husband for input, as he witnesses the impact that RLS has on both of our lives. So very excited that I now have a team of professionals who can help me find a treatment plan that is based on knowledge, research and genuine understanding of my circumstances. Based on my interaction with the doctors and staff, I am optimistic about my future for the first time in several years!

UofU Patient June 01, 2018

I feel like I have a plan and something is going to be happening towards restoring my health

UofU Patient May 22, 2018

Dr. Sundar listens, and addresses questions and concerns in a very comfortable and effective manner. He is thorough and careful. I am fortunate to be under his care.

UofU Patient May 13, 2018

I have always received excellent care and concern from Dr. Sundar.

UofU Patient April 29, 2018

Both Drs Jeremy Stoddard & Krishna Sundar are great. They have been very helpful in trying to help me sort my situation.

UofU Patient April 11, 2018

great job

UofU Patient March 08, 2018

great experience

UofU Patient March 05, 2018

I have recommended other patients to this clinic. Dr. Sundar had to increase my pressures and even though he knows how hard this is for me, he gave me all of the rationals for change and worked with me on a number that I could use.

UofU Patient March 05, 2018

Excellent!

UofU Patient February 24, 2018

Dr. Sundar really went out of his way to show sincere concern for my health. It was the best visit I have had with him. I will miss seeing him since my next appointment is with the PA. Please tell him "thank you" for me and pass on my compliments.

UofU Patient February 17, 2018

I was treated with respect & kindness by this md. he was patient, thorough & answered all my questions. he seemed attuned to my needs

UofU Patient February 11, 2018

Dr. Sundar listens and remembers. His medical specialty skills enable him to address a spectrum of needs where others have failed to help me. His caring, gentle demeanor is amazingly effective in eliciting my cooperation in undertaking the changes which I am responsible for in my overall treatment plan. I am most fortunate to have found him, a doctor who both knows and cares.

UofU Patient February 11, 2018

Great experience

UofU Patient December 11, 2017

I was very pleased with the whole office and visit.

UofU Patient December 05, 2017

Dr. Sundar is exceptional. He is knowledgeable, kind, open minded and communicates with patients very well. He gives me hope.

UofU Patient November 20, 2017

I really like Dr.Sundar. He's straight and to the point.

UofU Patient November 13, 2017

Nothing changed...Have issues with comfort with mask..."that is the best we can do"

UofU Patient November 11, 2017

Spent time to orient himself on every pertinent aspect of my current health concerns. Dr Sundar deserves the highest praise for both caring and skillfully treating me!

UofU Patient November 10, 2017

I would recommend Dr Sundar.

UofU Patient November 05, 2017

Dr Sundar was exceptional. It was worth the 4 and 1/2 month wait to get into see him.

UofU Patient October 10, 2017

Experience with Dr. Sundar was very good.

UofU Patient September 23, 2017

Excellent experience. Dr. Sundar always takes whatever time is needed to answer any questions to make sure we understand my progress.

UofU Patient September 18, 2017

I have already recommended him. However Insurance is the boss.

UofU Patient September 11, 2017

I have been trying to get my husband to go see him.

UofU Patient September 07, 2017

I would sincerely recommend Heather to everyone that needs to go to the Sleep Clinic

UofU Patient September 02, 2017

Dr. Sundar was understanding and extremely helpful when I explained about my problem getting the correct supplies for my CPAP machine. He seemed concerned about this situation (as did Michelle). He said that a new prescription along with the other necessary paperwork would be sent to my new supplier. He discussed the progress with my treatment and also suggested that I should try heated tubing. He made me feel very positive about my progress and that I should be able to get the correct supplies with my new supplier.

UofU Patient August 12, 2017

She was very kind and helpful. I really liked her. She sent me home with a oxygen test and said she'd call me with the results to me by Friday. I'm still waiting.....

UofU Patient June 24, 2017

Provider, PA and NP were exceptional.

UofU Patient May 29, 2017

I had to wait several months to follow up. Then, my visit was about 10 minutes and I did not feel anything was resolved and after I read notes online that were not accurate in what I said to the provider. I left with nothing resolved with my mask issue, either. I am not sure what has happened for the last few months, I am more tired now than before and sleep worse than before. Just frustrating. I feel like I need another opinion.

UofU Patient May 22, 2017

great experience

UofU Patient February 23, 2017

I am a patient since 2009 and the U hospitals and clinics are the great

UofU Patient December 16, 2016

Described really well the condition. When it came time for treatment and next steps, there was none. Just scheduled the sleep study with no information on what to expect for the sleep study or what occurs next if diagnosed or not diagnosed. Still left in the dark about next steps except that I have to wait another 3 months to get back in to see him.

UofU Patient November 13, 2016

I trust Dr. Sundar. He is thorough and takes time to explain things. He is very personable

UofU Patient November 11, 2016

Wonderful!

UofU Patient November 11, 2016

The provider normally has a resident that is training be a participant at my yearly appointment. This time I met with the resident first and she had a lot of questions for me. The doctor showed up for a final decision on medication only. The appointment was longer then expected due to questions by PA that checked me in, questions by resident and finally the doctor. When I have an appointment with the doctor I would really like to have time with him alone. For the last 3 years there is always someone in the appointment to be a part of my appointment and this year to meet with me without the doctor. I don't like this method and it makes the appointments very long.

UofU Patient October 23, 2016

Great help

UofU Patient September 24, 2016

Dr. Sundar is great

UofU Patient September 23, 2016

excellent

UofU Patient September 23, 2016

Dr. Sundar spent a great deal of time to listen to my concerns and to give very cogent explanations. He has those magic qualities of listener, gentle questioner, firm and supportive advice. (I would like to have someone with hjis style for my GP).

UofU Patient September 18, 2016

loved the attitude of choices and decisions regarding cpap

UofU Patient September 16, 2016

I would definitely recommend Dr. Sundar and his staff to other patients. My experience with him and the other doctors was nothing less than exceptional. All the doctors were very professional, very caring and very thorough. I was especially impressed how they counseled together among themselves and with me. I felt important and I could see the respect they had for each other. This was likely one of the best experience I have had in my life in interacting with physicians.

UofU Patient September 15, 2016

The physician just seemed very uninterested throughout the visit. No connection.

UofU Patient September 12, 2016

I would like to discuss and understand more about the reports the Doctor gets from my SD card in my CPAP machine.

UofU Patient September 06, 2016

I appreciated that Dr. Sundar spent time reviewing the various different aspects of my health that contribute to lack of energy and sleepiness.

UofU Patient September 06, 2016

It was unclear to me when the Doctor left the room what I was supposed to do. I tried to clarify it with the receptionist and ask if someone else could come and clarify my questions. She didn't get it. It was all done in a way I did not understand. The person who helped me was in a hurry and did not take time to explain it so I completely understood. It basically was a waste of almost 2 hours of my day.

UofU Patient August 29, 2016

He keep on pushing me to use the machine and losing the weight.

UofU Patient August 19, 2016

good

UofU Patient July 26, 2016

Dr Sundar was great. He showed tremendous care for my husband's sleep apnea. Because of his concern, we are still trying to make the cpap work.

UofU Patient July 25, 2016

Dr. Sindar is excellent in his care.

UofU Patient July 18, 2016

I am very grateful for Dr. Sundar. I have been thru a lot and I feel he pays attention to what I say and he helps me understand my condition. plus with everything I've been thru, I love the fact he is a Pulmonaologist and I appreciate the attention he pays to my already damaged lungs.

UofU Patient June 07, 2016

good

UofU Patient June 04, 2016

Dr Sundar seemed to be rushed and answered none of my questions. He did not explain the results of my past mints on CPAP and what problems had shown up. Just the one reason to try a different type of mask. Fir the first time I left disappointed and frustrated.

UofU Patient June 04, 2016

He wants me doing exercises I am not physically capable of doing.

UofU Patient May 04, 2016

Absolutely loved the split appointment with Pulm and ENT. Saved me a ton of time and having 2 physicians give me both of their recommendations. I feel like I was able to get ALL of my questions answered

UofU Patient April 25, 2016

Session with Dr. Sundar was adequate. All of my questions were addressed to my satisfaction.

UofU Patient April 22, 2016

being a fat person all my life, I can tell when a doctor is not comfortable with me. this doctor was not! thanks to Dr. Williams being with him, I didn't feel like walking out. When he kept asking fat questions that made me feel really uncomfortable. When he asked if I felt better after I lost weight before, you don't know how bad I wanted to say, no, that's why I gained all my weight back! Everyone plans to be fat!?

UofU Patient April 09, 2016

very impressed. took time. explain things well

UofU Patient April 05, 2016

Could explain acronyms a bit better. Also how results relate to individual patient a bit better.

UofU Patient April 04, 2016

I have referred some family members for care at the clinic.

UofU Patient April 01, 2016

excellent Doctor!

UofU Patient March 12, 2016

WE have already recommended Dr Sundar to a friend

UofU Patient February 27, 2016

I could tell he felt that my sleep apnea was at a stable place with the CPAP. But be cause I had concerns regarding my drowsiness during the day, he seemed to take that seriously and ordered for me to have an oximeter for a night just to double check. I appreciated this.

UofU Patient February 10, 2016

The visit was helpful and seems to get me back on track of getting healthier.

UofU Patient February 08, 2016

Excellent!

UofU Patient January 31, 2016

I was just picking up a sleep monitor device. The technician explained the whole process very clearly to me.

UofU Patient January 27, 2016

I do not like it that I was told I would hear from them about getting a new cpap and that hasn't happened

UofU Patient January 16, 2016

excellent

UofU Patient January 13, 2016

OK

UofU Patient January 11, 2016

I enjoy going to the Dr. now and feel my health is improving.

UofU Patient January 07, 2016

excellent

UofU Patient November 16, 2015

Dr. Sundar was excellent in person, but the instant I got out the door he forgot I existed and I am still waiting for results from my two sleep studies. Why the long silence?

UofU Patient November 02, 2015

I was very happy with the way I was treated, the concern shown and the amount of time spent with me

UofU Patient November 02, 2015

Dr Sundar was very kind and caring. He explained everything very well.

UofU Patient October 09, 2015

Outstanding

UofU Patient October 08, 2015

Dr. Sundar is a great doctor.

UofU Patient September 23, 2015

Everyone is great in there position. You all are excellent in all you did for me.

UofU Patient September 21, 2015

good

UofU Patient August 14, 2015

I love Dr Sundar. He shared with me information on the latest studies on central and obstructive sleep apnea. He was very receptive to my pressure needs and prescribed pressures that provide the deep, healing, REM level sleep I need. I look forward to my visits and highly recommend Dr. Sundar.

UofU Patient July 18, 2015

Dr. Sundar and his staff are very friendly and professional in their attention to their patients. They make you feel cared about and they are happy to see the progress that is made.

UofU Patient June 15, 2015

Very Bad

UofU Patient May 23, 2015

Dr. Krishna seems knowledgeable and caring. He seems to get on the same level with me and tries to understand my questions. He does mention weight loss, but does not do so in a demeaning way. He also is very willing to answer any questions or concerns and take care of any problems that I may have.

UofU Patient April 23, 2015

very good

UofU Patient April 09, 2015

I have already recommended the sleep wake center to other family members who like I got no follow up from IHC

UofU Patient April 06, 2015

The doctor was very nice. He reviewed my chart from 10 years ago with me.

UofU Patient March 27, 2015

good

UofU Patient February 09, 2015

All these answers applied to Dr. Sundar. if I chose to answer these questions about His male NP, they all would have been very good.

UofU Patient January 31, 2015

It wasn't a bad experience...But they changed doctors on me with no prior notice.

UofU Patient January 19, 2015

The Dr needed a blood sample and drove me in his personal vehicle to another clinic for a phlebotomist to draw my blood.

UofU Patient December 15, 2014

Very good

UofU Patient December 01, 2014

Dr. Sundar was both attentive and helpful. He appeared very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions.

UofU Patient November 07, 2014

Dr. Sundar and his sleep technician have totally turned me in a positive direction. This was following a failed experience with another doctor over the past 18 months. I can't say enough good about what Dr. Sundar has done for me.

UofU Patient October 27, 2014

good

UofU Patient October 24, 2014

Because of prior experience with a care provider in another system, I was skeptical about being helped. Dr. Sundar listened with care, pondered past attempts by a previous provider without criticizing, and zeroed in on "next steps" that make sense. I am very pleased.

UofU Patient October 08, 2014

Provider explained what to expect for the upcoming test.

UofU Patient October 05, 2014

Again some questions in the survey were not applicable. I came in to have a check up on my CPAP and to see if there was any need for changes. Medications were not discussed because it was not part of the check up. Not all that much time was required for the visit in the first place as this was not a first visit about a newly discovered condition.

UofU Patient September 05, 2014

I like the doctor. It seemed to me he re-iterated much of the same information to me as he did in my last visit. The data from the sleep machine was good, but I was wondering if the meeting was necessary as it seemed like a re-hash of the last visit except for the CPAP data.

UofU Patient September 02, 2014

Excellent attention to the condition and very caring. Soft spoken and explained the problem and the treatment option very clearly.

UofU Patient August 29, 2014

I had problems after leaving and the Dr. talked to me again and called late in the evening. they also called me the next day.

UofU Patient August 10, 2014

good experience

UofU Patient July 20, 2014

The doctor was very friendly land seemed very willing to listen to my concerns. He drew a diagram to help me understand the process and answered my questions thoroughly. He also did not seem negative about how weight issues could be affecting my sleep, but instead assured me that if sleep apnea is occurring, weight loss is even more difficult until sleep is under control. In going to this appointment, I was worried the health provider might just say "lose weight and you won't have this issue" so it was very reassuring.

UofU Patient June 15, 2014

Nothing but a good experience

UofU Patient May 24, 2014

Excellent and very concerned care provided by the Physician Dr. Sundar

UofU Patient May 17, 2014

I have recommend my mother and have scheduled an appointment with doctor Sundar.

UofU Patient May 09, 2014

The doctor is very knowledgeable, professional and polite, but maybe not interested in my case? I would have liked more information on the download from my bipap/asv machine and my current condition. The bipap machine is still not working well for me, and he didn't mention any other solutions to getting me better sleep. He did contact the department to which he referred me, which is much appreciated. It's just frustrating because no one seems to think my problems are urgent, and I keep getting passed on to someone else (not just at the U of U Sleep Clinic.) Maybe my expectations are unreasonable, but I keep hoping for a doctor who will take responsibility for my case and make sure I get in to see the appropriate doctors and get the correct tests. Like I said, this is not just the U of U sleep/wake center. I've gone through this over and over with other doctors and clinics. The longer I'm ill and exhausted, the harder it is to keep trying to get help. I want to give up, but can't.

UofU Patient April 18, 2014

Dr. Sundar is very kind and very thorough. My conditions are varied and complicated. He takes his time asking lots of good questions before making a decision on how to proceed. He is also very good about following up by phone with me. I really like him and I really like his approach.

UofU Patient March 20, 2014

After the appointment, I was a bit confused about why I am taking this new medication. Dr. Sundar suggested that we might see about cutting back on the other medications I'm taking now. Not sure if the new meds are meant to eventually replace current meds. I would be worried about that because the current medications are working so well. So, I'm confused about what the new medication is for. I thought it was intended to make the current medications more effective(?)

UofU Patient March 20, 2014

I would only recommend this facility if it was a nicer place to visit!

UofU Patient March 18, 2014

Dr. Sundar is so dang awesome. He asked a ton of good questions, and really listened to my responses. He didn't interrupt and was very pleasant and patient. He made good recommendations, and was not in a rush at all. I could tell he really cared about me as a person, and wanted what was best. He also tried to eliminate things that weren't helpful or unnecessary. I would recommend him to anyone.

UofU Patient March 13, 2014

My experience in this clinic from the first appointment to the over night stay to the follow up appointments have been first rate. All who provided care were knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and polite.

UofU Patient February 24, 2014

Great experience with PA and staff

UofU Patient January 16, 2014

Dr. Sundar is a great physician- he let me answer ask questions, provided easy to understand answers, and had a nice balance of asking me my opinion and giving me his opinion. Very kind, caring person who made me feel a lot better about the future.

UofU Patient January 03, 2014

I really appreciated how Dr. Willis promised me that she would inform me of my x-ray results as soon as she got them. She fulfilled that promise.

UofU Patient December 26, 2013

The dr would ask me questions but then he didn't elaberate on why the information he was asking was imporatant or why he was concerened. I felt as though I did come away with any more information than I went in with. I have confidence in the sleep wake center but there is not reason why I would recommend this particular dr

UofU Patient December 12, 2013

This was my first visit and the Doctor needed to obtain my medical records from my previous doctor.

UofU Patient December 08, 2013

I was not told what was going on next in the process. They did not tell me that the doctor would have to go through the test results or anything. It would be nice to at least been told that I would have to wait or something. They gave me no iformation what so ever.

UofU Patient November 21, 2013

Dr. Sundar does not exude any kind of friendliness. I felt as though I was just another person on the factory line that he was seeing. There was no smile, no personal touch to our discussion in any way. I left feeling I was doing better medically but there was no explanation of what I needed to do going forward.

UofU Patient October 29, 2013

The doctor just got right to the point. I loved his explanations.

UofU Patient October 27, 2013

all went well

UofU Patient October 14, 2013

I have many severe problems and had to push to have them considered and there was no interest or concern express in regards to how these problems might affect the test and certainly no explanation to me if my problems (including sever back pain and my concerns about taking the sleeping pill) would affect the test.

UofU Patient October 08, 2013

Great!

UofU Patient October 03, 2013

My experience has been great. Good enough to recommended my husband who is now under his care.

UofU Patient September 24, 2013

I would recommend Dr. Sundar but at the same time, warn people that it takes a long time to get in and plan on being there for a couple of hours.

UofU Patient July 29, 2013

I feel very confident about the doctor's knowledge and his ability to help me.

UofU Patient July 19, 2013

Provider is very thorough

UofU Patient July 05, 2013

I felt that the doctor did not care as much about me as the doctor that saw me previously. He told me that a tech would see me shortly about a new mask, however, left me in the waiting room and probably did not inform the tech that I had been in the office for an hour already.

UofU Patient June 27, 2013

very good experience

UofU Patient June 25, 2013

Dr. Sundar drew images, explained sleep apnea causes in detail, and answered all of my questions. I had indicated on my form that I wanted to see the doctor after my sleep night, since I was unusually cold restless and wanted to ask if that could affect the diagnosis. The doctor left a message, but only mentioned follow-up about getting equipment. I'm not sure what to do. Aside from that, Dr. Sundar has a very good presence in addition to being highly informative.

UofU Patient June 21, 2013

Dr. Had no interest in discussing the issues I wanted to discuss. Was focused on other issues that are hard to worry about without primary resolved. In my opinion Dr. Was suggesting I self medicate the primary issue to work on secondary issue.

UofU Patient June 17, 2013

Dr Sundar is kind, caring and competent. He took the time to not only explain results of my testing, but also to consider other options for treating my problem, even unrelated to his specialty. He even called a colleague for advise after my visit and followed up with me by email. This was by far the best medical visit I have had in a year of 'doctoring' for a chronic condition.

UofU Patient June 10, 2013

I was told to prepare for a 1.5-2 hour appointment. I waited for well over an hour and spent about 15 minutes with the doctor. I had spent hours putting together the patient packet, but it was barely glanced at. He was obviously rushed and preoccupied.

UofU Patient March 25, 2013

I have complete confidence in Dr. Sundar! He is the most thorough sleep specialist I've ever seen!

UofU Patient February 27, 2013

I asked a question about the amount/level of mucus I was having and the concern I had about this. He did not respond. He seemed more interested in his concerns than mine.

UofU Patient February 20, 2013

Very good

UofU Patient February 18, 2013

I was most impressed with PA Britta. She was knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk tol

UofU Patient January 23, 2013

I've really had as much as I can stand dealing with Dr. Sundar & Total Respiratory Care.

UofU Patient December 26, 2012

I was thinking the whole visit was a waste of time because now I know what I need to do and I don't require any equipment or medication, but then told me of some classes that they are working on that would help me with exercises to help my condition, so I decided I would continue.

UofU Patient December 19, 2012

The PA-C I have seen is awesome. The facility itself for the sleep study could be upgraded. It would be nice if the individual sleep study rooms had their own bathroom with shower.

UofU Patient December 18, 2012

took month before initial findings to appt

UofU Patient November 20, 2012

I like Dr. Sundar. He is detailed and thorough. He remembers details about me that I'd never expect him to remember. He seems very concerned about my over all health. The only thing I see as having room for improvement is the time it takes to get in (booked for 4-6 months.) Even that isn't quite as important since it's not necessary to see the doctor as often, for sleep disorders!

UofU Patient November 05, 2012

Overall a very good experience.

UofU Patient October 22, 2012

Even having 3 of my Granddaughters with me the Dr was able to make this a positive experience. Very impressed!

UofU Patient September 18, 2012

Need follow-thru.

UofU Patient September 18, 2012

Fantastic provider

UofU Patient September 17, 2012

Over all, a great experience.

UofU Patient September 03, 2012

Dr. Sundar was efficient but very engaged and attentive, offered extensive explanations about my problem.

UofU Patient September 02, 2012

Very caring, provided excellent explanations

UofU Patient August 02, 2012

Graphics or illustrations of anotomy would have been better than the physician's sketch...great doctor...not so good of an artist

UofU Patient July 16, 2012

I'm very impressed with Dr. Sundar. He listens to what you have to say and is very thorough. He seems to think outside the box. I think he has a sense of humor under his professional hat, as he gets a little smile on his face when I'm trying to be funny.

UofU Patient June 12, 2012

This was my first meeting with Dr. Sundar. He is very patient and knowledgeable. I appreciate the time he took to answer my questions and include me in my care plan. Very nice man.

UofU Patient April 21, 2012

My care provider was the same person who let me in the door and took me to my room. She was helpful through the entire process. She said I will be getting a phone call to explain follow up care (CPAP machine, etc)

UofU Patient April 20, 2012

I was soooo thankful for the bottle of water in my room. The tech was nice, and put me at ease. I was a nervous wreck.

UofU Patient April 09, 2012

Dr wouldnt listen to anything I said
