I accepted the resident ... I will not do that again. Resident was allowed to see me one on one without Dr. C present. Wasted a lot of time on unrelated subjects

We love Dr C. She takes her time and is realistic about what two working parents can achieve and is very good at involving us in her thought process.

Dr. Insisted I make an in person appnt as she was having difficulty with the video feed. She would fit me in, but It would be 2.3 weeks away. The video feed was a problem on HER side of the appnt. But that was the ONLY accommodation she was willing to make. She then let me know if I was happy with that, I could find another Dr. WOW! POOR service, LACK of professionalism.

Doctor C always takes her time and ensures we are all on the same page (probably why she's often running late and definitely why we keep coming back to her). She is thorough and considerate and I appreciate that she doesn't condescend and always listens to our thoughts and concerns.

Dr. Cochella was very professional and sympathetic to my issue. She listened carefully and explained what was done at each step. It was a very soothing experience for a person that has a mortal fear of doctors.

Dr C is wonderful and she really takes her time and goes through all of the typical issues with the age and this is likely why she is often running behind. Moms can be quite chatty.

Didn't even have time for the exam I came in for even though she was late. If my questions at the beginning were going to prevent me from having my exam that should have been expressed earlier.

Dr. Cochella is the absolute best. I have never had a doctor who cares so much and has amazing bedside manner. I know when we go to her that she will not only listen to our concerns (she is also the primary care provider for my husband and 4 month old) but she provides us with knowledge and options. She makes sure we understand the plan and is patient when answering any questions we might have. She is also very positive about the way we are providing care to our child. As a first time parent that means a ton. We are always leaving our daughters well-child visits feeling good about our parenting skills.
