Dr. Li was clear and helpful in a minor covid issue right before I needed to travel. She is very good and both listening and communicating clearly, and managed to see me within 24 hours even though she is very busy. She's also intellectually agile which is great. I really trust her judgment, and value that she sees things in greys; tradeoffs are tradeoffs!

Dr. Li is the perfect provider for me. She is thorough, listens to my concerns, caring, provides education and includes me in my treatment. I am grateful she is part of my health care team!

It was disappointing. Patients go to doctors not to be judged but treated. By far, of all the appointments, this was the worst. Listening is a critical skill which seems to have escaped her. I will not be returning patient.

Dr. Li is great. She takes the time to make sure I am doing well, even on a horrible snow day where all her patients are late and causing the clinic to fall behind schedule.

This poor lady is being over worked. She gives great care but it is very hard to get a timely appointment. Madsen needs to hire more MDs.
