5 out of 5 stars

It was a great relief to have Dr. Hagn explain that I have alternatives beyond my previous procedures, since I have continued to be in sometimes very bad pain, despite physical therapy and cortisone injections.

Dr. Hagn does a great job teaching our newest doctors the spinal techniques used for ablation or steroid injection with me as the patient. In there lies a good future.

PAIN MANAGEMENT CENTER

5 out of 5 stars

I'll say this at every opportunity I am able: Dr Hagn is the best doctor at the U. She's knowledgeable but has common sense. She's professional but relatable. She's empathetic not sympathetic (because I know the difference now! I watched Brenee Browns YouTube talk). Finally she's professional yet so fun and friendly. she knows me well enough to know what my top concerns are before I tell her and then, she's always asks anyway. Even when we're winding down. She stays in the room like she had nowhere to be but with me, even though it throws her day off and her MAs are waiting at the door for her. I respect Dr Hagn and trust her advice for me with anything she says. I know she wants the best possible outcome with every treatment she has for me. she's the best!

Dr. Hagn is the best physical there is! She's knowledgeable in her field and if she doesn't know am answer/solution, she will research and find one. She remembers every detail of my case,, she remembers details about my family, and I trust her judgment implicitly. I have never received better care from a doc than from Emily. I really think she is the best of the best!
