  • As a theater, music, and dance enthusiast, Sarah Elizabeth has always had a deep appreciation of movement, which led her to fall in love with yoga. Having found her niche, Sarah Elizabeth’s yogic path led to Yoga Teaching certification, Yoga Therapy certification, Qigong certification, and Street Yoga and Mindful Schools training to serve youth with yoga, meditation, and other mindfulness practices. Sarah Elizabeth teaches Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Qigong for the Huntsman Cancer Institute, Primary Children’s Hospital, and Intermountain Healthcare, specializing in yoga for cancer patients, care providers, and healthcare staff. She has been practicing yoga since 1994, teaching since 2007, and is a strong advocate for accessible yoga that can benefit people of all ages, sizes, shapes, and abilities.
