Dr Duffy is a very attentive and patient Dr who is not in a hurry to get the knife out if there is really no need.. We have a program I am following now that ensures my inflammatory condition of lichen planus is controlled, and that if I need my multiple squamous cell carcinomas removed, he will tell. Both are under control with the prescribed regimen of topical and oral medications.
