Dr. Bach doesn't listen or include me in medical decisions. From the first visit with Dr. Bach, he was constantly talking about taking away medications, even though they are working to give me a functional life with no side effects. Even during appointments where no changes are made, he comes across like he is doing me a favor by not forcing changes to what is already working. I dread my appointments & often feel like I am dealing with a used car salesman who is trying to up-sell with additional treatments that I am not interested in & don¿t have the money for. I would not recommend Dr. Bach to others. He makes me feel unsafe at every appt. He is not the doctor I would have chosen & it¿s extremely frustrating that, even when I have asked, the clinic will not allow me to switch to a female doctor to avoid more uncomfortable visits with him.

I enjoyed actually having a conversation with the Doctor. At the other pain clinic I was going to, the only time I saw the doctor was when he was doing the procedure.

Dr. Bach was extremely dismissive and acted as if I was faking the severe pain I am in. He has seen me for years so I am unsure why he has suddenly decided that I must be exaggerating the pain I am in. It was extremely frustrating and I will not be returning.

He was very informative and took the time to answer all my concerns and fears. He explained how we will proceed with treatment and medications for my issues. He was pleasant and enjoyable to take to. He eased my mind with all the fears and pains Ive been experiencing. I felt he cared about my issues.

Dr. Bach always listens, making one feel heard. And continues to help find what plan is best fit to the patient to achieve improvement, not only with pain but the quality of ones life as well.

Dr Bach listens and works with you to find the best solutions to your healthcare. If something is not working, he is ready to pivot with a variety of additional ideas.

Dr Bach has always been helpful and attentive to my problems, goes over the results of the tests taken and explains in an easy-to-understand manner. Always feel very comfortable with Dr Bach, I feel I am talking to a friend.

Dr. Bach was patient with me, trying to understand what is going on with my back, why he chose the procedures and care he did for me, and how it would work. He also personally called when i went home, to see how it was going with my recovery.

My doctor's listen to me and sure interest in me and my treatment and recovery.

Again, all good.

Dr. Bach is excellent. Takes time needed to answer my questions. I never feel rushed or unimportant. He is good at explaining medical procedures. Always listens to my comments and concerns and has a follow up plan.

Dr Bach only came by when I was face down on the table to say hi, did not give me the chance to ask questions prior to anesthesia being administered. He did not participate/guide/talk with the person who was putting the needle in my back. Most disturbing to me is he was asking me questions during the procedure, while I'm under light sedation, asking me questions and telling me things (which I don't remember b/c of the drugs) - this should have occurred prior to procedure.Most horrible is this time I had negative allergic reaction to the procedure
