My first visit to the cardiology clinic was with someone else. During that appointment I didn't receive the answers that I had but Dr Smith in this appointment listened carefully and answered my questions and gave me more information that helped me understand my concerns.

I think whoever retrieved my medical records online from MyChart got someone else's information because Dr. Brigham Smith referred to my triglycerides being 364, which is much higher than I've ever had. This affected our discussion about my health.

Health care employees should speak slowly when participating in an online meeting with patience. (The lag in my connection made me assume what was said. I could see that being a problem.woth older patients, causing frustration.)

I saw Dr. Brigham Smith for a cardiology appointment last week. My experience with him was extremely poor. I felt that he spoke over me, did not listen to my concerns, and confused me about my situation. Dr. Smith would talk nonstop for 20 minutes and wouldn't answer my questions directly. He wouldn't repeat questions that I didn't understand. He seemed aloof, cold and arrogant. I have always really enjoyed my experience with you health, so this was very upsetting.
