Kelly L. Konopacki, PhD, Instructor (Clinical), earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, and later her PhD from Pacific Graduate School of Psychology at Palo Alto University. She completed her Neuropsychology Internship at the University of Missouri-Columbia and neuropsychology fellowship at Kaiser Permanente (KP)–Roseville, California.

Before joining our faculty, Dr. Konopacki practiced lifespan neuropsychological assessments as well as concussion evaluations and management in the Department of Psychiatry at Kaiser Permanente. She was also a clinical supervisor for the postdoctoral neuropsychological fellowship training program.

Dr. Konopacki’s clinical interests lie in the areas of pediatric, adolescent, and adult neuropsychological assessments and differential diagnosis. As the lead neuropsychologist in the department, she aims to expand the patient population served in the Department of Psychiatry’s Clinic for Neuropsychology Services (CNS) to include pediatric and adolescent patients. Dr. Konopacki is the Real Salt Lake team neuropsychologist and also serves as the neuropsychologist in the Huntsman Mental Health Institute's Geriatric Psychiatric Clinic (GPC), where she is honored to work with and evaluate older adults with mental health conditions including mood, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders (e.g., dementia).
