She actively attends continuing education and advance training to provide evidence-based treatment for optimal outcomes. Lauren enjoys aiding in teaching for several physical therapy and physical therapy assistant programs to help in the development and education of the next generation of physical therapists. She strives to provide genuine and individual patient care. In her leisure time, Lauren enjoys backpacking, traveling, camping, running, reading, cooking, and spending time with her family, friends, and dog.
