  • Steven Pham is a board-certified nurse practitioner with the Division of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R). His primary practice is located at the University of Utah Farmington Health Center in close collaboration with Dr. Taylor Burnham. He completed his baccalaureate and doctoral program at the University of Utah, graduating in 2021. He worked in critical care and the emergency department for more than 7+ years, providing care to neurology and neurosurgical patients before pursuing a career with PM&R.



    His clinical interests include but are not limited to non-surgical management of acute and chronic neck and back problems, facet and disc-related pain, spinal cord and neuroforaminal stenosis, sacroiliac joint and hip pain, and degenerative conditions of the spine. In addition, he works closely with research coordinators to help his patients have access to the most advanced clinical research trials the University has to offer. He aims to build a relationship with his patients to enhance and restore functional ability and improve the quality of life for those with physical impairments or disabilities.



    Outside of work, he devotes his time to his wife and 3 children.
