Ive seen Dr. Krueger for over 8 years. I will never come back to this office. She Was Awful. She seemed very disinterested and bored. Spent very little time and showed little concern. Pretty much the worst doctor I have ever seen other than an Instacare doctor I saw years ago.

She is very good. However the prescriptions she prescribes my insurance usually won't pay for. The pharmacy lets her know but nothing seems to happen. On two occasions I paid full price. I have sent her a note and I see the clinic has seen the note but no response. Dr. Rhodes is a very caring doctor. I feel like they are just shorthanded which I understand. But please just respond.

Dr. Rhodes was very nice and quickly was able to know what was going on with my arm. She ordered a topical cream to take care of it. However it wasn't covered by my Medicare or insurance. It took two days to finally figure out I would have to just pay for It. Walgreens was able to use a coupon for me and I paid $51 Instead of $165.00. Really like Dr. Rhodes but for the first time It was a little confusing since she didn't know me and there seemed to be delays and no offer for support from anyone there.

Dr. Rhoads was great, but I did feel like she spent very little time looking at the affected area, and decided it was eczema really fast. She's probably right, however I wanted the chance to discuss some of the other things I thought it could be. Other than this though, I really liked Dr. Rhoads, and she was very nice and empathetic.

The Dr. was very through in examination and took the time to listen to my symptoms. She ran through some family medical history and came up with a conclusion as to what I have. She was great at explaining everything and went through all the treatment options. she suggested a treatment option that I wasn't prepared for financially during that visit and she completely understood and gave me all the information I would need to make a decision on if I wanted to do the treatment during my follow up appointment.
