I didn't feel empathy from the doctor when I was having pain. I know that this procedure can be painful. However, it would have been more helpful to receive more reassurance, and a more elaborate explanation throughout the process of what is being done will help my health overall.

I have been seen by many doctors recently and it's hard to find someone like Dr Onofrei. She was very professional, polite and didn't feel rushed. She listened to my concerns and addressed them to my satisfaction. Its extremely hard to find a Dr that doesn't make you feel like they are in a hurry to visit their next pt. Thank you
