Both Dr. Nitzel and nurse practitioner Terri Hancock took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns about everything from medication to symptoms. I left the appointment feeling very much at ease about my heart and blood pressure concerns.

As a heart doctor, it seemed unusual that he never checked my heart.

The nurse was very pleasant while going over my medications, etc... When I saw Dr. Nitzel, he obviously had gone over my chart before this visit since he was up to date about my current health issues. He was able to answer all of my questions and put my mind at ease about my heart. He spent time listening to my heart and asking me questions. He made sure that I knew if I had any future questions or problems that I could contact him or the clinic.

I absolutely loved Nurse Practioner Sandra D. Spackman, and Dr. Nitzel! They were very helpful and very non-judgemental. The honestly put me at ease and didn't make me feel like I had to have my defense up the whole time. It was so refreshing because I've never had that happen before at a doctors office. Also, it was refreshing to leave satisfied with the visit. They even made sure to ask if I had any questions. I've never had that happen! Absolutely loved both of these providers, and definitely, recommend both of them. Both were kind, and very professional, and above all great providers.
