I felt truly heard on this video call with McKenzie! She listened intently, offered immediate guidance and then set up an appointment with me to see her in person. Finding excellent customer service is so rare these days; I left the call feeling like she truly heard me. She explained my medical condition so I completely understood. We need more Mckenzies in the world today!
