This was my first appointment with Dr Pham. It went flawless, from meeting Jean; his MA, to our time with Dr Pham. He spent over an hour with us. He was very clear in his questions and explanations as well as his expectations for me. I did not feel rushed at all. He answered all my questions very honestly. I feel that he was not holding back or sugar coating my situation. I appreciated his honesty and care.
