I was amazed at Dr. Hwang's manner and thoroughness. I was shocked that her background was not in pediatrics, because she maintained such a natural flow of conversation with my 7 year old while performing a really thorough eye exam. She made the whole experience really good!

The doctor just looked at my scan results and said it looks like there Is no change in my eye so we're not gonna do anything because the shots have really done nothing before. We did not talk about other options for treatment she just wanted to see me in six months.

I get nothing can be done but it would be nice to hear what could be causing it, tips to manage it, explain why the surgery is dangerous instead of telling me tojust go get a second opinion. I feel I didn't get any explanation the level of empathy was low. I am not a doctor keep that in mind and explain things to me

I have had the same exam from the same doctor previously. This time, the doctor did not have a gentle touch and it was painful. Part of the problem was she was struggling as she had apparently insufficient light from her headset.
