Dr. Spina is thoughtful, a good listener, and communicates clearly. He performed my surgery without complications and has stayed in touch throughout recovery. I live a plane ride away and am 80 years old, and was treated with respect by the entire team.

Dr. Spina was personable and an excellent listener. He came to our first meeting prepared and knowledgeable about my condition and needs: an 80 year old from out of town facing his first serious surgery. He and his staff put me and my wife at ease, and delivered what was promised.

Dr. Spina has offered me hope for the future if we can get a good revision of my lumbar fusion. I like his always getting down to eye level with me in the exam room and the hospital when he can.when I was inpatient. The younger doctors do a good job of this I think
