Dr. Jenny Wei completed her residency training at the Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program in Houston, Texas. She went on to complete her fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Care at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in 2012. After completion of her fellowship, Dr. Wei remained within the University of Texas system as a faculty member practicing full-time inpatient and outpatient palliative care at Memorial Hermann Texas Medical Center. In that role, Dr. Wei has been very involved in teaching and has practiced in both cancer and non-cancer settings. She has also served as the Coordinator of the Palliative Medicine Clinic at the Memorial Hermann Cancer Center. She joined the Palliative Care Service at the University of Utah in 2014. Her interests are symptom management and assisting patients and their families with medical decision-making.
