Rayleen is so amazing she told me I was wrong in what I thought it was and told me what she thought it was and prescribed me some stuff to take care of the problem and it worked great.

Rayleen was so sweet to take time to answer questions about my other daughter who I didn't even have an appointment for. I know providers are so busy so it meant a lot that she was willing to answer questions about someone who wasn't even her patient

I felt like Rayleen was a tad bit patronizing and impatient in her tone with both myself and the nurse assisting her. It was subtle, but it was definitely there and I felt like in my trying to be thorough in understanding her diagnosis of my daughter's condition, It was interpreted as questioning her judgement and was met with condescension from the provider.

The provider did not want to discuss my medication concerns nor health issues. She shrugged them off and acted like I was wasting her valuable time even being there.

I come to the U because of Rayleen Greathouse and I think it's Dr. Morrell. Otherwise I would go elsewhere. She's attentive and caring!! Dr. Morrell helped me awhile back and he's also very good.

I was disappointed with my visit with Rayleen. Because my blood pressure was elevated, she requested I take my BP for two weeks and report back to her. I have no problem with that. I told her I was out of my depression medicine and wanted to see if there was another medicine which would address my stress and anxiety. She didn't ask me anything only to say that Prozac was a good for anxiety and I should up my dose, and then I told her when I take 40 mg It makes me flat, and said she would call it in. She didn't. Also, she didn't call in my levothyroxine. I felt no better when I left the office. I don't think we are a good fit so I am requesting another physician. I was having pain due to a hip problem and she referred me to the orthopedic dept. I made an appt before I left the bldg. She didn't validate my concerns.

Rayleen is the best! I've been seeing her for years, and sometimes it feels like she knows my health better than I do. She's great at anticipating my needs and talking through my concerns.

I have never done a med change for depression. It was not a good transition. I was not told of the potential side effects this would have on my depression and anxiety. Didn't feel like I got very good answers as to why the med change was recommended. When I notified Rayleen that I needed to see a mental health specialist she identified herself as one. My understanding was that this clinic Is a primary care not a specialty. As a nurse seeking help for my mental health I have found it very difficult to navigate the health care system to adequately meet my mental health needs. I cannot imagine patients with no medical background going through a labyrinth to get their mental health adequately treated. What was more frustrating and disappointing was that it felt like those advocating for me were actually against me trying to find adequate mental health.
