Dr. Kroencke is fabulous and I would highly recommend her to anyone. She takes the time to listen to my concerns, involves me in the treatment plan, checks in with me after my visit to see how I'm doing, and takes the time to explain the diagnosis to make sure I completely understand everything about my visit.

She is good at listening all the way through. Sometimes its hard to know how to explain the problem but she is good and asking enough questions to figure out the problem. She is also good at getting back to you on emails and concerns that way. That is helpful for patients.

I needed a PCP to listen and Dr. Kroencke did just that. The last PCP I saw just heard what she wanted and told me I needed to take a med for anxiety. I actually have some serious symptoms that need to be sorted out and I appreciate Dr. Kroencke coming up with a game plan.
