Jenn Wiegand PT, DPT, CSCS is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) with a focus in orthopaedic physical therapy and rehabilitation. She received her bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University in Health and Exercise Science in 2014. She completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Northern Arizona University in 2017. She moved to Utah in 2018 with her husband and has worked for University of Utah Health since. She is certified in trigger point dry needling and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Her profession interests include dance medicine, dry needling, orthopedic physical therapy, post-operative care, and sports injuries.

Jenn grew up doing dance and cheer in Arizona. This led her to develop a passion for treating dancers, cheerleaders, gymnasts, and other performing art specialties. She has additional training and mentorship for treating this special population. She enjoys using manual therapy and exercise to treat the whole dancer from head to toe and address common imbalances that lead to injury. Furthermore, she enjoys injury prevention and educating dancers, cheerleaders, gymnasts, etc. about how to properly care for themselves to prevent injuries.

In her free time, she enjoys working out, hiking, skiing, mountain biking, and spending time with her husband and two dogs.
