Sarah Zou, MPH, RDN, CDCES, CD is a Registered Dietitian with a Master's in Public Health from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist with experience working with patients with prediabetes, gestational diabetes, type 1 diabetes, and type 2 diabetes.

Sarah’s goal is to empower her patients to improve their health by making gradual lifestyle changes, and to encourage people to think of food as a means to prevent chronic disease.

In addition to seeing outpatient clients, Sarah is also a lifestyle coach for the Diabetes Prevention Program, an evidence-based lifestyle change program developed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to help at-risk participants delay or prevent type 2 diabetes.
