Haley was running a bit late for my appt. Which I felt there were some things that she had to talk to me about seemed rushed and short. Kind of like "Lets keep things clicking along." Thus, sometimes I felt unclear on our discussions. But to clear, her work ethic is spot on and I do give Haley high marks for my visit.

I value that she explains what shes thinking, clearly lays out options with their pros and cons, and then asks for my thoughts. It is so helpful to have all the information before going forward. Although I am obviously there for her expertise, it is so empowering to be a part of the decision making process. I feel valued. I feel that we are a team.
