  • Grace Moore, RD, CD, MS, MS graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science. She continued at West Virginia University for graduate school and obtained two Masters of Science degrees in Human Nutrition and Athletic Coaching Education. Grace has worked in several unique areas of nutrition, including but not limited to: sport nutrition, food service, inpatient and outpatient dietetics. Her experience has directed her towards specialty treatment areas including: weight management, sport nutrition and diabetes care. Grace enjoys creating long term, communicative relationships with her patients to best support their nutrition related needs and promote healthier lives.

    Grace provides both NEW You and NEW You(th) Programming at South Jordan Health Center. The NEW You Program focuses on Nutrition, Exercise and Wellness. Using the latest research, learn to eat healthier, be more active, and lose weight. The NEW You program has shown improvements in A1C or blood sugar levels, heart health lab results, decreases in hip and waist circumference, increased energy, better sleep and stress management and overall weight loss to help manage and prevent further health issues! The NEW You(th) Program is aimed for youth ages 12-18 with the same values as the NEW You Program and modified to this age group to learn and choose to eat nutritious foods, be more active and create healthier habits now and into the future.
