Ashley graduated from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy (BCMT) in 2006 and has received over 1,000 hours of extensive training in medical massage therapy and bodywork. Her education covers many types of modalities, she has chosen to focus my practice in the areas that I feel best embody health and healing. Additionally she has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology from Indiana University, which has allowed her to take a more clinical perspective on anatomy and human movement.
