Dr. Doane is a Clinical Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Primary Care Services at University of Utah Health Westridge Health Center and Anticoagulation services.
She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the Wayne State University Eugene Applebaum College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Detroit, Michigan and completed a Postgraduate year 1 residency with University of Illinois Chicago in Chicago, Illinois.
Dr. Kallas works directly with the primary care teams and patients to optimize medication therapy across broad areas of drug therapy. Her clinical interests include therapy optimization and de-prescribing; Also, providing care for patients with diabetes, high blood pressure, and those who are stopping tobacco use.
