She began her career in the intensive care setting, where she gained extensive experience managing complex, critically ill patients. This foundation in critical care strengthened her ability to respond effectively in high pressure situations, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and provide advanced, evidence-based interventions.
Building on her ICU expertise, Ashley transitioned into nephrology, where she has worked with patients across the spectrum of kidney disease. Her clinical experience includes management of chronic kidney disease, dialysis care, acute kidney injury, and post-transplant follow-up. She is committed to improving patient outcomes through individualized treatment planning, patient education, and collaboration.
