Bailey Topping, PT, DPT is a pelvic floor physical therapist dedicated to helping people improve their pelvic health and feel more comfortable and confident in their bodies. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the Medical University of South Carolina and completed advanced pelvic health training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.

Bailey understands that pelvic health concerns can feel personal or difficult to talk about. She works to create a safe, supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and comfortable discussing their symptoms and goals.

Her clinical interests include:

  • Pelvic floor dysfunction affecting bladder, bowel, and sexual health
  • Helping active individuals with pelvic floor dysfunction safely return to sports and high-level exercise
  • Providing inclusive, affirming care for transgender patients
  • Pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation
