February 09, 2023Appreciated he wasnt fast to do surgery; rather, he asked for input from his team and decided on more conservative approach first. He considered alternative meds when allergies showed up; he asked for opinion from cornea secialist
February 09, 2023Did not introduce the 2 employees who entered the examining room, i did not understand the role of the people in the examingin room. All of a sudden, the Dr tilted chair back and started to administer eye drops and did not explain the procedure and what to expect during the procedure. I had to ask what kind of eye drops he was using and the purpose of the eye drops.
