  • China Cox, MD, is an Assistant Professor within the Department of Family and Preventative Medicine at the University Hospital and its affiliate sites. Dr. Cox received her MD from the Medical University of South Carolina and her training in Family Medicine from the University of Utah. As a Hospitalist she enjoys managing a variety of acute medical problems, participating in quality improvement projects, and educating medical learners of all disciplines and levels. She is faculty advisor for DFPM’s Resident Green Team Committee which focuses on sustainability efforts within DFPM and its community clinics as well as a member of the American Board of Family Physicians.
