  • Danielle has been practicing in the department of Cardiology as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) since 2011. She began her career in the Faint and Fall Clinic, where she practiced for over a year working closely with a multidisciplinary team of health care professionals who specialized in faints and falls to quickly diagnose and treat the underlying cause(s) of the problem. She then transitioned to General Cardiology, where she is able to serve a variety of patients with a focus on cardiovascular diseases.

    Prior to her career as an NP, Danielle worked for 4.5 years as a Registered Nurse in the Medical Intensive Care Unit at the University of Utah, caring for patients with acute cardiac disorders, including acute myocardial infarction and acute coronary syndromes, complex arrhythmia, and advanced heart failure. In addition, she cared for patients requiring invasive hemodynamic monitoring and management, including pulmonary artery catheterization and intra-aortic balloon pump placement.

    Danielle is a Utah native and is married with one daughter. She enjoys hiking, traveling, reading and savoring quality time with her family.
