Dr. Moreno is one of the most sincere physicians I have ever met. She has mastered relieving the anxiety of her patients by providing education and support through their healthcare issues. Dr. Moreno has saved my life in many ways... but has genuinely solidified my trust in family medicine/PCP work. Dr. Moreno is amazing. She did my IUD procedure and was incredibly kind and patient. She explained everything that would occur and her approach really eased my nerves. She also gives local anesthesia-something that not all practices do. I was really nervous but I felt like she actually cared that my experience was as positive as possible.

Dr. Moreno did a great job of listening and talking me through what I was there for, but I also wanted to follow up on a past/ongoing issue that we had previously met about and I felt like there wasn't really a chance to talk about that as well.
She listened, could see what was the problem and got me on some treatments. Doing much better now.
I felt like she'd already decided what care route we'd take, and explained to me why it had to be that way. In the end, I have to have 2 more appointments to get my IUD changed.
I didn't even see my provider. I only saw a resident who was working with her that day, but my provider never stepped foot into the room.

Usually I'm so pleased with care by Dr. Moreno. Today was a little bit different. I felt like I was treated as very anxious when I just wanted to follow up and make sure I was doing the right things for my care. I didn't feel like she was as friendly as she normally is.
There was some discrepancy between how long the doctor told me to give my child her antibiotic, versus how long it was prescribed for. That was confusing, but otherwise I have no complaints. Dr. Moreno got us in for a same-day appointment for my daughter's ear infection, even though she is not our regular doctor. She was kind and thorough.
