Dr. Rothchild brings nearly 40 years of experience in ophthalmology, with expertise in cataracts, corneal conditions, and comprehensive eye care. A Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology, he has dedicated his distinguished career to helping patients preserve and improve their vision through personalized, evidence-based care.

Originally from New York, Dr. Rothchild earned his medical degree from New York Medical College. He completed his ophthalmology residency at Cornell/North Shore University Hospital and a fellowship in cornea and anterior segment disease at The Ohio State University.

Throughout his career, Dr. Rothchild has remained actively involved in advancing the field of ophthalmology. He has authored and co-authored multiple peer-reviewed publications, delivered invited presentations nationally and internationally, and served as a principal investigator and collaborator on numerous FDA and multicenter clinical trials. He has also taught as a course instructor for the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
