Dr. Gwen Cook, MD cares for all children from birth through adolescence. She is committed to providing the highest quality care for well child visits and longitudinal care, as well as acute illnesses. Dr. Cook enjoys collaborating with parents and care coordinators to provide chronic care management for children with medical and behavioral complexity. Dr Cook is accepting new patients and looks forward to providing care to your child.

Dr. Cook received her medical degree from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College and completed her Pediatric residency at the University of Utah and Primary Children’s Hospital. She is currently a Clinical Instructor of Pediatrics at the University of Utah in the Division of General Pediatrics. Her interests include care of the newborn, preventative pediatrics, caring for underserved populations, and medical education. Outside of the hospital she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and dog.
