December 02, 2021The time Jen spent with me and discussion what she saw and the steps she wants to take and possible directions we'll go in our first plan doesn't give us the outcome we need. Not only did Jen take the time to talk to me and answer all my questions, she still continues to talk to [NAME REMOVED] and build trust with him. As a mother that means so much to me to not just address me and my concerns but my child as well.
October 28, 2021Jen Taylor was great! I had taken my son to a couple of ENT appointments for this condition and was considering cancelling this one because I didn't think they would do much more than what we had already done. Jen was very thorough, recommended a thorough treatment plan that no other provider had suggested. For the first time, I feel like we might be able to fix my son's problem!!!! Can't tell you what that means. Thank you!
