Her MA is very knowledgeable of how Hessica works with her patients and does an excellent job in communicating my concerns and goals to Jessica so she is ready to discuss my options and help me choose from those options. I am 100% in step with my care team's treatment.

I am not able to speak (no voice box) and forgot my electronic prosthetic for communication. Jessica was very patient and adept at lip reading as I attempted to 'speak'. It barely slowed down communication, which was wonderful. It has been a long time since I've had a 'regular' conversation with someone. And of course Jessica gave me a wonderful course of treatment!

I felt Dr Mercado cared about me and my concerns.

I met with Jessica Mercado after a month of pain (lower spine injury) and being unable to live normally. I was given a seemingly simple solution, with a referral for a test to give insight into the injury. After the results were available, I met with Jessica again, who was able to point out a couple potential areas of near-future worry, related to my injury. Jessica had me do some movements to help understand the impact and why there could be problems. During the visit, Jessica Mercado was upbeat and seemed sincerely concerned about me, not just my immediate comfort, but how I might be able to move and live 5-10 years from now. To clarify my related issues, Jessica created a referral to follow up with a Rheumatology specialist. I was grateful to meet with a professional who was knowledgeable and able to help me understand the possible long-term consequences of not addressing present issues. Thank you, Jessica!

She was very rude and either didn't take any notes from my prior visit or didn't bother reading any of the notes from my prior visit. Didn't care how I was doing after the last visit and didn't bother asking why I was there just assumed she knew what 'next step' I wanted. Very poor service.
