Patient Rating
The patient rating score is an average of all responses on our patient experience survey. The rating averages scores for all questions about care from our providers.
The scale on which responses are measured is 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score.

Patients are de-identified for confidentiality and patient privacy.
Dr, Hwang explained my latest diagnosis, giving me options for treatment. She willingly agreed to my desire to confer with Dr. Simpson prior to beginning treatment.

Dr. Hwang is very professional and really knows her stuff. I enjoyed her candor concerning my eyesight and what I could do to maintain my vision in the future.
She seemed quite confident, but gave me the impression that she was not certain or much concerned with the eye discomfort or condition at that time, [DATE REMOVED]. She did try to find an appointment but not for six days with Dr. Chya at Redwood. I felt this was a little negligent on Moran's part, after all the great care I had had in the past.
She is very professional and personable. I feel comfortable in her care.
