    I just needed my ear canals cleaned. Doctor came in, took a look inside my ears, and sent a nurse to clean them. He never came back to check that her work was done properly.

    Dr. Berman is good but his hands are tied in terms of aggressive testing and treatment. I have been ill for a year and actually two but my insurance, lacks of test results showing anything. It's like a hopeless situation. I feel broken and scared but it is not his fault.
