Testing provided a diagnosis that explained my symptoms, but Dr. Boynton seemed dismissive of my symptoms (yes, you're full of gas, oh well) and rushed through writing a treatment plan to the degree that key words are missing (Take 1 tablespoon of [misisng word]). Whether intended or unintended, it felt like the doctor was of the opinion that somehow I had brought this condition upon myself, but she didn't ask any questions about my diet or exercise regimen or a history of abuse that might contribute. The medical assistant told me she usually spends about an hour with patients, but I was in an out in about 20 minutes. While I realize I don't have a rare or exceptional medical condition and the treatment plan is relatively simple, the visit did nothing to address my very uncomfortable symptoms in the short term. Dr. Boynton is a caring and compassionate doctor. I appreciate how she treats me.

Incredible. A great feeling of having a doctor listen to you, make suggestions and let you know that the plan is to work with you to solve problems. Above and beyond. Dr. Boynton is a jewel. So many doctors these days are too dependent on computer screens and lab results to guide them and all they want to do is write you a prescription.

I had seen provider previously yet when I discussed my continued on-going issues with her it seemed she had little recollection of our previous visit. Even within our visit she was asking me the same questions multiple times. I thought it seemed strange with her lack of retention and I went back and read her office note from our previous visit. I was very surprised to see some information incorrect. I understand needing ask something again if you forget, but overall very unhappy with how it seemed she was not listening to me during this visit or my previous visit.

Dr Boynton is so personal snd caring. She addressed all my concerns.
