  • Keshav Anand, MD/MPH, was originally born in New Delhi, India but moved at an early age to Phoenix, Arizona. He completed his undergraduate studies in Molecular and Cellular Biology at the University of Arizona in Tucson. He completed the combined MD/MPH program at the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Phoenix. He stayed in Phoenix to complete his internal medicine preliminary year at Banner University medical center. Subsequently, he completed his Diagnostic Radiology residency at Creighton University at St. Joseph’s Hospital/Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, AZ where he was chief resident. After residency, he moved to Texas to complete his Interventional Radiology fellowship at UT Health Sciences Center-San Antonio. Afterwards, he was excited to move to Salt Lake City to practice Interventional Radiology and be closer to home.

    Dr. Anand performs the full spectrum of interventional radiology. His particular interests include radial artery access for minimally invasive angiographic procedures, kyphoplasty, and tumor ablation. He is extremely interested in medical student, resident, and fellow education.

    Outside of radiology, Dr. Anand enjoys exploring the numerous activities Utah has to offer. He enjoys cycling, hiking, basketball, and learning to ski.

    I absolutely loved Dr. Anand and all of his team members. I feel very confident about working with all of them.

    The only issue I had was that while I am a nurse I was treated like just an average Joe blow off the street and not asked if I knew anything about the procedure.
