  • Kim Selzman, M.D. M.P.H. is a Professor of Medicine (adjunct) at the University of Utah in the Department of Internal Medicine and Division of Cardiovascular Medicine.     Dr. Selzman earned her undergraduate degree (B.A.) from Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y., her medical degree (M.D.) from the Temple University of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA, and her master's in public health (MPH) from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, N.C. She completed her Internal Medicine Internship and Residency at St. Joseph Hospital in Denver, CO. She completed her Cardiovascular Medicine fellowship and Cardiac Electrophysiology fellowship at the University of Colorado in Denver, CO. She held a faculty appointment in Cardiology and Electrophysiology at the University of North Carolina from 2003-2008. She then joined the Veteran's Affairs Medical Center in Salt Lake City in 2008 and stayed through 2022. There, she was initially the Chief of Cardiac Electrophysiology and became the Chief of Cardiology in 2019. Dr. Selzman is committed to excellent, empathetic clinical care and helping train the next generation of cardiologists.
