February 14, 2022The majority of the visit was questions one after another which I personally found very stressful. There were only about 5 minutes (vs. About an hour of questions) spend on discussing treatment plan which was just a list of suggestions (which have been very helpful) however, I needed more time spent addressing my worries and anxieties around sleep and also some time spent explaining the reasoning behind the treatment and at least some sense that we we agreeing together on a treatment plan. I even mentioned all the questions were stressing me out and she made no effort to change. The suggestions were helpful but I did not at all feel like my feelings, opinions, or even intellect were at all valued.
