We felt genuine care for our concerns about our little boy, & glad she's a mother as well so she can relate personally
Dr. Ferguson was friendly, warm, very thorough and informative. We're happy to have her as our new pediatrician.
Dr. Ferguson was friendly, informative, and asked my teen's permission for everything. It was great.
Dr. Ferguson really listened to me about my concerns for my son at the same day pediatric clinic. She gave me options that his pediatrician or other doctors have given us. I will be using her as my pediatrician for my son moving forward.
So refreshing to find a good regular pediatrician we can establish care with.
We recently visited the pediatrician regarding our child's constipation. During the visit, the resident primarily focused on our parenting style rather than our chief concern. Much of the discussion involved unsolicited comments about how we should parent, while only a small portion of the appointment addressed the actual medical issue we came in for. Additionally, we felt very talked down to during the visit, without acknowledgment of the fact that both of [NAME REMOVED]¿s parents hold advanced degrees. As a result, we left feeling that our primary concern, our child's constipation, was not adequately addressed.
