Lauren Sternberg, BS, MD, is thrilled to be joining UPC! Originally from New York, Dr. Sternberg earned her undergraduate degrees in biology and philosophy from SUNY Geneseo. She then headed west to complete medical school at the John A. Burns School of Medicine at the University of Hawai'i at M'noa. Dr. Sternberg brings a strong passion for caring for medically complex children and is deeply committed to disability advocacy, Pacific Islander health, and improving access to care in rural communities. Outside of work, you'll likely find her exploring Utah’s food scene, getting crafty with DIY projects, swimming laps at the rec center, or relaxing at home with her two beloved cats, Kirby and Cosmo.
