Sad Dr. Joseph is retiring as my doctor. Happy for her.

This was my first time meeting Dr Joseph. She was quick to pass judgment without hearing me out and dismissive of my concerns. My impression was that she saw me as ignorant about my own health and herself as the all-knowing doctor.

Dr Joseph took time to delve into my concerns with great knowledge and understanding.

Dr. Joseph is an excellent physician with excellent knowledge that I have come to trust. She Is professional and caring, and she listens to well.

I'm hesitant to meet a new doctor because I have to generally explain my health issue(s) so I'm very glad she was able to help & even explained to me how much she knew about them & really helped with my concerns & suggestions as to what steps to take.

Dr. Joseph listens to my concerns and answers any questions I may have. I have vasculitis and she keeps me informed as to how that can affect other aspects of my health and, conversely, how other health issues may affect the vasculitis.

Dr. Joseph is the doctor who should be an example for all doctors.

I came for one thing because I couldn't get into my regular doctor and she lectured me on other issues that my primary doctor is taking care of and it was rude and she was patronizing.

Patient care needs to improve across the board.

The provider decided to go off on a tangent not what the visit was for about the COVID-19 vaccine. She then proceeded to explain to me that I was the reason for all of the problems that I was the one who is going to make my children be orphaned and that my opinion wasn't a concern of of hers because it did not align with her ideals with vaccine. This was the worst provider experience I have ever encountered and I will never go back to this provider. I also question the desire to want to go back to the University of Utah if they will employee providers who do not have an open mind about healthcare and peoples opinions about what they do with their own body. Proper informed consent education to a patient is essential in healthcare and this was completely disregarded because again my ideals did not align with hers as a provider told me. The provider proceeded to explain to me that I could complain about her all over the Internet if I wanted to let she refuses to see patients who are not Covid vaccinated. This information if they choose to keep her employed would be helpful on her website so patients know what they are getting into before they book an appointment with a provider.

I had my mask down when she came in. She said "I won't treat u if you don't have your mask on" and slammed the door shut. So I put it on and she came in and said very rudely "If u have Covid u have contaminated the room for all the other patients. ". She spent more time talking about the dangers of Covid than my breast issue. She was very unkind and told me because I am older and overweight if I get Covid I would probably die since it is only unvaccinated people who die in the hospitals. She kept asking me if I wanted a vaccination that day and I kept saying no but she kept talking about it the entire visit. She did not respect my decision.

She's the best.

I felt in good hands she is very experienced and explains so I can understand any problems.

I was physically exhausted with my illness. Dr Joseph didn't have me waste my time with diagnostics that she felt were unnecessary. She recognized I was in acute distress and stabilized me quickly. I had the option of going to Urgent Care, but when I saw she had a morning appt available on the same day. I chose Dr Joseph hands down over Urgent Care.
