Frustrated with her difficulties and unable to communicate w the patients medical team to determine care plan and diff approach. Poor communication and personal information discussed in the lobby with other patients and families listening.
May 11, 2023EXTERNAL SITEShe is the reason of the 10 out of 10. She is extraordinary. Our kid tends to be shy with new people and she was friendly and tactful enough to make him open up. Additionally, we had already heard great things about her, so this was confirmation that she is amazing.
